Introduction to Universal Forms
JustForms operates as a Sovereign Data intermediary. We provide universal form generation, workflow assignment, and deterministic logic execution for partner facilities and organizations. Our primary privacy mandate is absolute data sovereignty: data captured through our forms is transient by design.
Data Transient Architecture (Zero-Knowledge)
- State IndependenceJustForms does not retain, warehouse, or monetize the content of filled documents.
- Storage RoutingUpon submission of any dynamic web form (Intake, Consent, Disclosures), the structured payload and any associated generated PDFs are immediately routed to the partner facility's designated Cloud Storage Vault via sovereign API bridges.
- Ephemeral CacheTemporary session caches required for collaborative editing and validation are cryptographically destroyed post-submission.
Information We Collect
To operate the platform, we collect metadata and authentication markers strictly limited to the facilitation of form delivery and user authentication:
- Contact Information: Email addresses are logged securely to issue "Magic Links" and enable secure authentication portals.
- Audit Logs: IP addresses and timestamps are recorded for digital signature attribution and HIPAA compliance trails.
