1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JustForms platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustForms provides a sovereign document intelligence platform enabling secure, encrypted data collection, signing, and integration into your designated storage vaults. We provide the infrastructure; you retain absolute ownership and custody of your data.

3. User Responsibilities & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication materials (e.g., Magic Links, session tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

We claim no ownership over the payload data you collect using JustForms. All submitted documents and metadata are directly routed to your configured Cloud Storage integrations. JustForms is a pass-through processor and does not permanently store your client PHI or PII without explicit configuration.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
